A film about the mysterious appearance of Rembrandt Van Rijn in a South Liverpool Park. Rembrandt meets numerous characters in the park, eventually there is an attempt to quarantine him within the park. The narrative runs alongside the aftermath of Bobby Kennedy's assassination during the 1968 Presidential campaign. Deliberately using the witness statements that took place only minutes after the shooting, Louis places both events together to create a bridge between the past and present. Often using the mass media as a way of investigating trauma.
